What once started as a simple gesture soon fostered into a family-owned cleaning company that has served and improved the lives of many families in the DMV for over 20 years. MID’s mission from the very beginning was never to
see this company as just a job but as something more. We have become a service for those in need of help, and as the years have passed, the number of customers who have improved not only their lifestyle but also their well-being has
increased.
Our love for the relationships we have built has motivated us to develop a better system to aid more families in need. As we grew closer to our customers and learned more about their needs, MID began to step into the world of home improvement and repairs.

Maid In Downtown believes in the idea that we must all give back, and for that reason, MID contributes to the DMV by providing hours of cleaning services. For several years now, MID has dedicated those hours to local churches, nature centers, parks, and residents of the DMV battling cancer who are in need of help.

During these difficult times, we know that being precocious and staying germ-free is extremely important. Therefore, as a team, we know your safety is our top priority. Our maids and home improvement crews come in every day to the office wearing masks and gloves and will continue to wear them during all parts of your cleaning and home services.
MID has also ensured that everyone working has been fully vaccinated. Our teams will ensure that their cleaning and home repair equipment is disinfected between each cleaning/job.
This also includes disinfecting the company office and company cars on a daily basis. We also supply hand sanitizer for our teams to use before and after cleaning/ working in your home, which is located in each and every company vehicle.
