The Story Behind MID
What once started as a simple gesture, soon fostered into a family-owned cleaning company that would serve and improve the lives of many families in the DMV for over 20 years. MID’s mission from the very beginning was never to see this company as a job, but more than that. We have become a service for those in need of help, and as the years have passed by, the number of customers that bettered not only their lifestyle but also their well-being increased.
Our love for the relationships that we have built, have motivated us to develop a better system to aid more families in need. As we grew closer to our customers and we learned more about their needs, MID began to step into the world of home improvement and repairs.
MID has always and will continue to be a single call or email away, we are fully compromised with our clients to deliver and fulfill their needs, and go beyond their expectations.

Maid In Downtown believes in the idea that we must all give back, and for that reason MID contributes to the DMV by providing hours of cleaning service. For some years now MID has contributed those hours to local churches, nature centers and parks, and residents of the DMV battling with cancer in need of some help.

During these difficult times, we know that being precocious and staying germ-free is extremely important. Therefore, as a team, we know your safety is our top priority. Our maids and home improvement crews come in every day to the office wearing masks and gloves and will continue to wear them during all parts of your cleaning and home services.
MID has also ensured that everyone working has been fully vaccinated. Our teams will ensure that their cleaning and home repair equipment is disinfected between each cleaning/job.
This also includes disinfecting the company office and company cars on a daily basis. We also supply hand sanitizer for our teams to use before and after cleaning/ working in your home, which is located in each and every company vehicle.
